We have 23 thatched-roofed Cabañas, several Family-Size Cabaña, 14 Rooms and 5 Family Suites – All of our Cabañas, Rooms, and Suites have Air Conditioning, hot/cold shower, 60 channel cable TV and daily maid service. The views from our Cabañas & Rooms are simply inspiring. Cabañas – Single/Double
Each Cabaña is named after a Mayan Ruin, and all are made from local Belizean hardwoods. Roofing is from the local leaf Wanna (meaning thatch). Our Air Conditioned cabañas have 2 double beds, private bath with hot & cold water, writing table & chair, private, screened veranda with deck chairs and a hammock to relax in. All Rooms and extended porches are fully screened for your comfort.

Family Cabaña
Similar features to our double cabaña with two separate bedrooms, one with King-size bed and the other with two 3/4 beds. There is a separate living room area with TV and table.

Similar to the Family Cabana except our new cabana has 2 rooms, 2 tv rooms and a screened porch with a view of San Ignacio Town.

All 2nd and 3rd floor rooms include private bath, AC, cable television, private veranda with panoramic views and daily maid service. Each room is decorated in brightly colored fabrics, has tiled floors and Belizean hardwood furniture.

- Each additional person / per night: $10.00
- Our rates are subject to a Belize Government Hotel tax, currently 12.5%, and an additional $2.50 per person, per night, service charge.
Children
Children of all ages are welcome at the resort. There is no charge for one child under 12 years of age staying in the parents’ room. For additional Family options See Family Vacations.

Deposit & Cancellations
A 50% deposit is required to confirm all reservations. Deposit applies to first and last nights of guests’ stay. Any Tours, shuttles booked, full payment is required within 14 days from date of booking. If the reservation is made within 28 days of arrival date, a credit card deposit is required within 24 hours of reservation.
- 50% deposit is required upon booking a room reservation, the balance is due 45 days prior to arrival. If booking is made 45 days or less prior to arrival, then full payment is required upon booking.
- Inclusive Packages: Prices are per person, based on double occupancy and in US dollars. For packages a 50% deposit is required upon booking. Packages do not include bar items or guide tips. No refunds are given on unused portions of any packages.
- A full refund, minus a $100 administrative fee will be granted if cancellation is received 60 days or more prior to arrival at Cahal Pech Village Resort. If 60 to 45 days prior to arrival, 50% refund. If 45 days or less, no refund. This cancellation policy applies to any reason for cancellation, including airline delays, strikes, world events, or personal issues.
- No refund will be given for unused hotel rooms, meals, activities and tours, cancelled after arrival.

Cahal Pech is located on top of a hill on the edge of San Ignacio Town. The most striking feature of this resort is the stunning panoramic views it offers of the town, jungle and countryside. The restaurant has a large deck that overlooks the pool both of which offer unobstructed views. Many of the rooms and thatched roof cabanas also offer amazing views. Imagine relaxing in a hammock on the balcony of your cabana staring at a view that extends hundreds of miles over Belize river valley and Maya mountains! If you’re looking for a place in San Ignacio town, Cahal Pech Resort is a great choice!
